Very nice looking building, looks very fancy and modern. The room was nice, clean, and the bathroom was really good. Balcony with nice views. The air con ruined it for me though. It was really loud and affected my sleep. The rooftop was nice. Location is a bit far away from the main action/entertainment. Even though it looks nice I probably wouldn't stay here again.

After living within and research the town, we came out to a conclusion that this is the best condo in whole town. It is stylish and beautiful. Common areas and appartments build with not only nice design in mind, but out of good quality materials as well. Common areas are brilliant. 1 bedroom apartment comfy for a couple to live. Very friendly servicing team.

Great location, very close to the beach (5-minute walk), fantastic views. The hosts were excellent. Very comfortable room. The swimming pools and gyms were excellent (yes, plural). Would recommend.

Nice rooms, awesome facilities. Probably one of the best apartment gyms around. Quiet end of 2nd road. Makro, Lotus, and BigC still nearby. Staff is awesome. Super kind and friendly, and quick to help with any issues in your room. 5 stars just for the quality of the staff. 😊👍🏼 …

The Riveria is a premium condo complex. The location is a good 30 minutes from downtown pattaya. The views are awesome. The interior units are high end but some of the finishings have quality issues. Overall, I highly recommend. One can walk 150 meters to the Main Street along the beach and take a $10 baht bench seat taxi made up of Toyota pick ups. Wave one down , hop on and within 30 minutes, one will be downtown pattaya. Get off, pay the driver $10 baht. Any questions, ask a rider and they will guide you. The three pools in the complex are awesome. The infinity pool on the 37th floor is worth spending time relaxing. A gym that is up to date. There are many small street foods outlets around the neighborhood. The prices are from $60 baht and up. There is also a seafood buffet restaurant that is awesome. For $399 baht, one will be able to eat a wide variety of seafood as well as chicken, beef and pork. For the vegetarians, no worries, enjoy the wide variety of veggies and fruits. There is a beer special, four large bottles for $300 bahts. Stay at the Riveria jomtien and you will meet many expats to chat with and give you lots of tips. Thumbs up!

an application for expensive and rich, in fact, the problem with the elevators is that the card reading system is constantly jamming, the cameras are only in the elevators, as a result, helmets disappear from the bikes, there is always an unpleasant smell from the drains, the legal department does not see a problem in this, but instead sees the pleasure of picking up parcels from delivery table and set their own rules that you can receive them from 16:00 to 17:00, while they do not bear any responsibility if your parcel is given to another person. It would be better to get busy and remove all the dust from the ceilings in the hallway.

Nice newer condo. 500 meter walking distance to food and 711 or Family Mart. Beautiful grounds and pools. Great Juristic staff and security and car park and fitness. Coffee shop about 100 meters from entrance.
